Jewels by Tal reserves the right to modify product information or pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Full payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary based on item availability and customization. Standard orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Jewels by Tal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased are returnable for JBT credit only within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In new, unworn, and original condition

  • Returned with tags, receipt, and packaging

All jewelry will be inspected upon return, and credit will be issued once the item meets our return criteria.

Please note:

  • Custom creations, engraved, sized, or special-ordered items are non-returnable.

  • Tariffs, taxes, or fees associated with your order are non-refundable.

  • We do not issue return labels for shipments outside the USA.

6. Custom Orders

Custom designs, engravings, and special requests are final sale.
We recommend reviewing all details carefully before confirming a custom order, as modifications after production may not be possible.
