All items purchased are returnable for JBT credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new, unworn, original condition with tags, receipt, and packaging.

Please note that all jewelry will be inspected upon return, and credit will be issued once it is verified to meet the return criteria.
If there were tariffs or fees associated with your order, they will not be included in the credit. Please note that items that are custom creations, or any item that was customized, sized, engraved, or special ordered, are not eligible for return.
We do not issue return labels for shipments outside the USA.
